Behind the scenes with the Red Arrows
03 Sep 2008
Flight Lieutenant and OG Andy Robins will be offering an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the world famous Red Arrows base at RAF Scrampton for a limited number of OGs in early September.
OGs will have the opportunity to meet Andy, view the planes and gain firsthand insight into the operation.
Only ten places will be available for this highly priviledged opportunity and tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first serve basis.
A qualified Hawk pilot, Andy (Farfield, 1988) acts as Flight Safety Officer and Team Commentator for the Arrows, and has spent time as an instructor for RAF fast-jet pilots on the Tucano TMk1 aircraft and has earned a military award for bravery following his operational service in Iraq.
The Red Arrows were established in 1965 and have since flown in over 4000 aerobatic displays in 53 countries across the globe.
